Trigger pause module from command line?

Hello

I have 3-4 dispatcher modules doing translations. To reduce stress on SQL server I want to pause some of these at day time and run maximum capacity outside work hours.

Is there a way to trigger the pause module (screenshot from the admin client) by command line so that I can schedule via Scheduled tasks?

I have read this document, but it doesn't mention pausing a specific module (from scheduler machine). The only option there is to stop the module on the module machine (which is also an option, but what happens to the currently running translations when you just stop them and they don't finish? Will the scheduler pick them up and re-process them when they time out?)
