Unable to read the structure of part TC11

Hello,

We have a problem concerning Teamcenter 11. We want to share a assembly with a co-worker in Hungary. He shares the system with us. Normally everything works fine.

But today when he tried to open an specific assembly he got the message: "unable to read the structure of the part". But here where i`am we can all open it with no problem. Only the guy in Hungary has this problem on this assembly.

We looked if he has all permissions of the part. Everything seems ok. But it doesn`t work...

Anyone an Idea what it could be?

Thanks in advance.

Hello, how did you transfer your assembly? Do you use Multi-Site? Have you tried to transfer it again?

Hello, no we have a central server with the Database and the people in Hungary are connected thru a cache server to this Database. The cache server is updated every night.

Hi @keko,

Just a thought, Check the teamcenter integration preference from NX for structure update.

Otherwise please open IR with GTAC.

Thanks a lot

Also try deleting his FCC and TcRAC caches in order to refresh them as it could be specific to him:
C:\Users\<osname>\FCCCache
C:\Users\<osname>\Teamcenter\RAC
