Hello the community,
I need your help to found the way to develop my request.
Goal of Workflow: Can be added a dataset if the revision have a status
Specific requierements: Only autorise to add dataset / Unautorise to add UGMaster or UGPart
For this moment, I can add/edit/remove what I want. My problem is for specific requirements but I don't found a handler for this until now.
Can you help me?

I am confused at what you mean by autorise. I'm going to answer as if you meant authorize (allow access). Yes, in a workflow you can allow access to add datasets to Item Revisions that have status. You would create an ACL in that workflow task to allow for the dataset to be added. It would only be allowed during that workflow task. I prefer to do it with a review task and make the user sign off to be accountable for this action and so it can be audited later.
thank you for your answer and yes you understand correctly. But it's already the case on my workflow, I can add the dataset but I can also edit the datasets already presents.
To be sure, with your solution, I can only add?
For this moment, I found another solution. I add the datasets into the "References" and after attached the references by a specific relation. But with this solution, until I found a workaround, I can only add one type of datasets. Or perhaps you know how I can solve this.
The handler that I use is:
But with this example, it's work if I add a PDF. If I add a Word, it doesn't work.
Have you perhaps an idea of this you or other into the community?
It depends on how you configure the ACL for that task but you can allow add or edit to existing dataset.
Sorry, I haven't knowledge into ACL.
How I can deploy this?
Have you an example to show me please?
If I can added directly into the standard ACL, that's better for the Import/Export into some differents systems (Dev, Test, Prod)
Thank you for your already answered.
I'll have to dig for an example as it has been a while since I've done this. What version of Teamcenter?
I found a workaround this morning and use ITK custom handler.
Thank you for your help.
