I am not able to create new templates on workflow designer. please find the attached image. could you help me to fix?

Hello,

 

Looks like someone deleted 'process' template from your TC environment.

You can verify the same by looking process template by name 'process' in Workflow Designer.

 

Locate 'base_template.xml' plmxml file in your TC_DATA folder and import it into your environment to restore missing templates

 

You can reimport them using the below command

plmxml_import -u=infodba -p=${TC_USER_PASSWD} -g=dba -xml_file=${TC_DATA}/base_template.xml -transfermode=workflow_template_overwrite

Yes, you are right. i deleted process' template. Now fixed.
