Workflow template is not visible for non-dba user

Experimenter
Experimenter

Hello.

For some reason workflow template is not visible in workflow templates list (and therefore not available) for non-dba user, when it want to create workflow. In case of user from dba-group - workflow is visible and available without any problems.

Workflow template is in published state (without triangle in Workflow Editor). So it is not a reason.
What could be wrong?

I am not admin of this server. Is it possible to block workflow visibility/availability for some user groups?

Yes, its called workflow filtering. And it is achieved using different methods depending on your version of Teamcenter.

Siemens Tc Help server is down right now so I cannot provide a link. Once Tc help is available again then you can search for these:

Legacy Setup
CR_allow_alternate_procedures=none
TC_<object_type>_release_procedure=list of allowed workflows (deprecated in Tc11.2)
WRKFLW_use_legacy_template_filter=true (new in Tc11.2)

Filter Condition (Tc11.2+)
