On the license server there is the LMUTIL command line utility, that can be used to list the active licenses.
Utility usage information:
lmutil -help
Display the current license usage:
lmutil lmstat -c 28000@LicenseServerName -A

but I can use this utility only on license server, How can I use this utility on different machine without installing license server? or is there anyother way?

As far as I know, the LMUTIL executable doesn't need any support files, so you could just run it from a USB stick without any need for a installation.
