In the rich client, select Help > About. The dialog will show the syslog name associated with the session.

I am sorry Randy, I should have added more details.

It is a locked session and I dont have access to TC Client.

In those cases, I usually search for the user name. I use Notepad++ to search the syslog directory (Search > Find in Files...).

I found more efficient way to find syslog name from server ID and thought of sharing; if someone else is looking for it

1. Find the PID corresponding to the user from Server Manager admin console.
2. Convert the PID in decimal to hexadecimal, HEXCODE.
3. Find the syslog by using the search string as "tcserver<HEXCODE>*.syslog" in the syslogs directory.

I have been looking for the explanation of what the different components are for the Tcserver.exe filenames. I have found many places that state the PID piece but nothing that refers to the section after that. What determines the hex code that comes between the PID and the extension?

Thanks
