webtier - Service Server Manager do not start

Hello Everyone,

 

I have installed Teamcenter 11.2 and after the web tier. I am able to input my login and password into the thin client, but I have the message that server manager service is not running, so I can not connect thin client.
I have already tried many solutions, but with no results.

Have someone ever had this situation?

Make sure you have (J2EE or .NET) Server Manager installed and Pool Manager is running either as Service or as command line.
if you launch TEM and navigate to "Features", the Server Manager feature is available under "Server Enhancements"

I had the same problem as @Schmoller after my Tc11.2 install. SFB-Teamcenter-10054 fixed the .NET (RyuJIT) problem for me by applying the MS Hotfix rollup 3120239 (https://suppoort.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3120239).

After the update 11.2.3, it worked!

 

1) Install TC 11.2

2) Install webtier (service server manager do not work)

3) Update TC 11.2.3 (service has started!)

Yes, the fix was applied in Tc11.2.2 so patching to Tc11.2.3 would fix it.
