A few pointers when installing 2012...
- Do not use underscores in server names. Good standard: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1178
- Turn off UAC.
- Disable IPv6.
- Disable session specific temp folders: %TEMP%\1, %TEMP%\2, etc.

gpedit.msc
Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Service > Remote Desktop Session Host > Temporary folders
Enable "Do not use temporary folders per session"

However, you are putting a lot of effort into an old OS. If you upgrade to Tc11.3 then you can install Windows Server 2016 instead of Windows Server 2012 R2.
