there is an issue with Active Workspace and its happenning by all the users by the customer.
In GTAC there is a solution but it's not 100% clear.
Failed to load Viewer in Active Workspace V3.1.2 when running https.
In jettyservice.properties" file define a path to your certificate
VisPoolProxy.envset.TCVIS_CA_CERTS_FILE_LOCATION = path
Which certificate is meant?
