Add to teamcenter is not responding

I  want to upload solid edge part file, so I tried to use "add to teamcenter" and click "start new session and add document" but It has not responding... how can I solve it?

my comuputer ... win7.64bit.  SE..  ST8

Hello,

 

You can work at SEEC corectly ? Crating new items, check-in and check-out ?

If Yes first try reset Your SE profile (clean %APPDATA%\Roaming\Unigraphics Solutions\Solid Edge - You must check out all objects !!, clean registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Unigraphics Solution ), and reset computer.

Try reinstal SEEC on You station, and be sure that You have the same version MP on SEEC, SEEC administrator and SE.
