If you start Teamcenter with portal.bat then you are fine with your entries you showed before

 

set TPR=C:\Siemens\TCPROD\TC114T\portal
set FMS_HOME=C:\Siemens\TCPROD\TC114T\tccs
%FMS_HOME%\bin\fccstat -kill

 

as said before, fccstat -kill not needed

that is to make sure, a already running fcc is stopped/killed before starting a new one

You need this, if you have more than on TC Client on your Computer and connecting to different TC servers

We copy pasted this folder from a co-workers computer:

C:\Siemens\TCPROD\TC114T\tccs

Now it started working.

 

Our virus scanner SentinelOne 2.5.7.147(California) caused this.
