One of our customers has this problem, when he tries to login to Teamcenter 11, a message shows up saying: "Error finding license for selected module"
He tried to log in with another colleague's login credentials, and with that he was able to login without any problem.
The customer restarted his computer and all that, but it didn't fix the problem. I also logged in to their server machine to restart the licensing service, reread the license file, but nothing happened.
What other things can be done to solve this? Image attached.
I tried to resolve this error by all known possible ways. Finally tried one simple observation and it fixed this error. Please check system DATE and TIME on which Teamcenter installed. If it is not updated then please update it and try. Many times i got this issue and fixed it with the same solution.
If date and time not updated then you can try this solution.
