You can try that , firstly kill all the TC services and delete the %temp% and %userprofile% (in that location , you can delete the files which are related with the TC.) After restart the pc then reopen the all required services , then try to log in again.
Have you recently patched (e.g for AWC) or updated your installation?
If so, try the following:
