That's your STEP translation log. I'm referring to your NX syslog - that's where the error occurs when you attempt to open the exported STEP data. You can get to this by selecting "Help > Log File" from your NX session, but make sure you reproduce the problem before you post the log.
I have attached the log file. I opened it right after the export file completed. I do not get an error message in NX for the file export, but rather when I go to open the exported file itself, so I opened the log after the export seemed to complete.
In this particular case, yes, it's your load options. The file was saved here: C:\Users\usx29106\Desktop\Nuvera eProof\Files for Razuna - 1-31-2017\
You're attempting to load from here: C:\Users\usx29106\AppData\Local\Temp...
Edit your search folders to include: C:\Users\usx29106\Desktop\Nuvera eProof\Files for Razuna - 1-31-2017\ and you should be able to load the step data (at least, this is the first hurdle you need to resolve). Did you get the originally raised message: "Failed to open document"?
Possibly uninstalling and reinstalling again made a difference, because now the file sizes seem to be better (they are now in the hundreds of kbs, before the files were only 5-10 kb in size and the files open up...i dunno. thank you though
