We have machines when we send to from Teamcenter to the Visualization software that an error occurs during startup of the Visualization SW.

Other machines who are connected to the same PM (PoolManager) ,at the same time, do not enounter this problem. Due to this, it let me believe that the FSC services of the corresponding PM is working properly.
On the machine were we encounter it: Sometimes an fccstat.exe - kill (after closing all the Teamcenter applications) does resolve the problem, sometimes not.
Deleting the FCC folder is also an option but doesn't always resolve the problem either.
We notice that when it occurs, that when you click on the button "Start/Open in Lifecycle Visualization' the "spinning' circle at the mousepointer (which is displayed when the Visualization SW is launched from Teamcenter) does not pop-up immediatly. So it looks that the Visualzation SW is not able to 'connect' to the FCC. Result: After a while (Approx. 1 minute) we get the message as can be seen on the picture.
Would like to understand if other people who are working with Teamcenter 10 (we are using TC10.1.4_a01_7 with Teamcenter Visualization 10.1 64-bit with patch P1366) encounter equal behavior and what the resolution was they applied.
In TC8.3 we didn't encounter an equal 'phenomenon'.
The error could be saying that the ClientCache on the server (sync'd to the client) is stale? Caches the static data in Teamcenter in a structured manner. The "generate" option will create a new ClientCache structure if absent and use an existing one if already present. So deleting the cache before using "generate" will force the rebuild.
