Getting Owning Group Name

[ Edited ]

Hi, I want to get owning group name. I use first AOM_ask_value_string and AOM_get_value_string

but it returns nothing, so I decide to use AOM_ask_group to get the tag_t and I use the returned tag on AOM_ask_value_string and AOM_get_value_string. The result is same, it returns nothing.

How can I get the owner group name?

AOM_ask_value_string(tParentItem, "owning_group", &owningName);

fprintf(fOutFile, "\n owningName : %s \n", owningName);

fflush(fOutFile);

---

AOM_get_value_string(tParentItem, "owning_group", &owningName);

fprintf(fOutFile, "\n owningName : %s \n", owningName);

fflush(fOutFile);

---

AOM_ask_group(tParentItem, &owningGroupName);

AOM_ask_value_string(owningGroupName, "owning_group", &owningName);

fprintf(fOutFile, "\n owningName : %s \n", owningName);

fflush(fOutFile);

---

AOM_ask_group(tParentItem, &owningGroupName);

AOM_get_value_string(owningGroupName, "owning_group", &owningName);

fprintf(fOutFile, "\n owningName : %s \n", owningName);

fflush(fOutFile);

Re: Getting Owning Group Name

Use either:

AOM_uif_ask_value (tParentItem, "owning_group", &owningGroupName);

or

AOM_ask_group (tParentItem, &groupTag);
AOM_ask_value_string (groupTag, "name", &groupName);

Thanks and Regards
