Import drawing from Native to TC

Hi,

I need to import the drawing of an assembly (Master Model method) from OS into TC (as a specification of the Item Revision)

I can easily do it with revision 0/0, in working.

But I cannot do when the Item Rev has in TC has increased (see image below: the drawing was mad with rev 0/0 and must be imported into rev 1/0). I think it is something related to the 'Name ad Attribute' options but I tried different combination with no success.

Thank you for help

Hi @Laurus,

See if the following video helps.  I captured importing a drawing to an existing item, where the drawings item ID already existed (previously imported) in Teamcenter, and then importing a drawing to an existing item ID whose master item ID is different that the original native filename.  The important step to note is when I change the "Relation Type" from "master" to "specification" (at 00:35 and 01:33) for the drawing being imported.

(view in My Videos)

Hope that helps.

Thank you very much Ben,

this is what I needed. One question: which parameter did you choose to import the Master Model (Use existing?)
