Is it possible to edit Saved Searches?

Hi all

Is it anyhow possible to edit your own Saved Searches, without any admin rights, simply your own user roles?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Yes, if:

- your AM Rule tree 'Has Class (SavedSearch)' has not been amended in any way

 - and as owning user of the saved search, you should have rename and delete access (on your saved search).

Not really. In there I'm only able to rename, delete and change shared access.

I would like to edit/modify the "Saved searches" I already created, instead of creating new ones.

It's no big deal to create new ones, but it makes it easier when you have several already created and a setup made in Change Manager module - which is based on returning "Saved searches".

If you are talking about a search you created in Query Builder, just go back to Query Builder, highlight the query you made previously, make your changes, and then select the Modify button that is below the list of Search Criteria.

You may want to do a general query with type set to 'SavedSearch'.

Then send the search result (saved search) to my teamcenter for modifying the saved search criteria.
