TC10 patch update to 10.1.5 error

hello Team,

am trying to update TC10 to patch version 10.1.5 

am unable to proceed further 

its showing zip file is corrupt am unable to get which zip file

attached is the screenshot and log information.

is this something you get on the server or client?
the latest TC_ROOT\install\install_updater_<timestamp>.log would be interesting to see

I'd expect somewhere a zip file on this line:

Executing [echo n | "C:\Program Files\Siemens\Teamcenter10\install\install\unzip" -Co -d"C:\Program Files\Siemens\Teamcenter10" "C:\Program Files\Siemens\Teamcenter10" "portal/registry/genregxml.bat"]

but I am missing it here (no wonder it says later that the zip file is corrupt)...

In your case I'd raise an IR at GTAC

@MarkusK is correct. Both zip.exe and unzip.exe should be in TC_ROOT\install\install\ for the patch to work. Check that virus scanning isn't interfering?
