Be more specific about the error as said by @JK_13 and refer syslog file for errors
Is it com.teamcenter.soa.error ?
If the error is as mentioned above
1. Check services (teamcenter related) in server with your administrator start if not started.
2. Login into data base and start instance
3. Properly map network ans check for server name and IP in the host file
4. Clear temp(%temp%) & RAC (in user Folder)
5. Restart the system and login
