We are trying to find how long does it take for the flow of the Teamcenter procedures for example when searching for an Item.
User searches for an Item
Application server sends the request to FMS
FMS checks if the data is found the FCC
... and so on. Is there any method or tool to measure these timings? What would be the best way to persue the whole precedure?

You could try setting these variables in tc_profilevars:
A journal file will be created for each user session (with file extension .jnl) and it will contain information about the calls made and answered, and the time it took. Better yet, you could use JournalWorkbench to view the journal files, but I think it requires a special license.
