Is it just one client or all clients? If its all clients then look in the syslogs on your server. If its just 1 client then clear caches, kill java processes, reboot, try logging in to your pc as another user etc
And, try searching the forum:
Is there another remote session logged in to the server? Is it just the server you have an issue with, are the clients ok?
Who installed Teamdenter? Have you been able to login at all? Is it a new install or an upgrade?
You have been using Teamcenter for 6 months and haven't been able to login for a week either on the server or your clients?
I think you need to raise a call with your reseller or Siemens. It could be a simple fix, or it could be a problem with Oracle. I would get this error when we had problems with the Database being full.
Syslogs are usually located in the user profile temporary folder, just type %temp% in the address bar of windows explorer.
