while upgrading TC10 to TC12 with upgrade otion launched from TC12 tem.bat file
am getting a status message mmiacdcust template is not installed in TC10,
but i have installed template in TC10 attached is the pic of status message
am not getting how to fix it. we cant able to proceed further with it.
maybe your old Tc10 TcData and/or TcRoot are not fully synced with the database?
Probably they are missing the template files corresponding to mmiacdcust.
You can verify the above trying to add a new feature to the original installation and seeing whether you are able or not.
Thank you for suggestion i checked the Tc10 data / root for new server all are fine.
also i tried to install patch version on base but it got failed to install
now am unable to recover can you guide me how to roll back patch version and retain the base version.
below is the failure log message. if i run tem.bat file its directly leading to recovery mode am not getting option to uninstall.

Hi @sam11 ,
I think it's not feasible to uninstall a TC patch, provided you don't have backups (TcRoot, TcData, database, Volumes - maybe a full VM snapshot).
In order to get rid of the TEM going directly to recovery mode, you have to restore a stable config file (TCROOT\install\configuration<yymmddhhmm>.xml) that is:
About the missing patch.xml, I don't have a 10.1.7 kit by hand, but I think it should be there (I checked a 10.1.2.3 kit).
Are you sure that this is a complete kit? Also, have you exploded the <patch>_install kit to TCROOT\install?
