Hi,

A small, but useful feature in RAC is shown in attached movie. Here you see how to save a query result into a folder, with options to save only the current page or the whole search result.

Have fun and best regards,

Joachim

Hi,

to identify the troublemaker please verify some other OOTB queries. Try for example the "Item Revision..." query where you expect only objects from typ Item Revision in your search result. Would my tip work for such query?

I could only guess: Your search result contains objects not managed in our POM schema as child object type of "WorkspaceObject".

Please also check my abbreviated POM schema picture to get a better idea about "WorkspaceObject" errors in RAC.

Good luck,

Joachim

Hello Joachim,

My search result only contained Item, and it is not belong to "WorkSpaceObject". this is the problem.

when i try to use itemrevision, it works.

Currently i have no use case for this tip, but i want to learn more Teamcenter Tips & Tricks from your side.

Thanks a lot for your sharing.

Have a nice day!

Basically, anything you can see in the Teamcenter Rich Client as a normal user is a Workspace Object, including Item. What Item type did your results return?

Could you share your query (if custom query) or query name (if it is ootb query)? I am interested in knowing query search class in particular.
