What happened to my rank today?

Legend
Legend

Hello,

I have received a private message indicating that I had been promoted from rank 'legend' to rank 'Not applicable'. I wonder what does a 'Not applicable' rank mean. Has this happened to anyone else? 'Defenestrated' looks much more suitable than 'Not applicable', doesn't it?

I would like my rank back, if possible!

Regards,

R T

While on forum page rank name, icon can be seen with no problem. But in some email notification they are appearing as "Not Applicable".Forum_rank.png

Today, For some time there were no ranks information visible (I was on NX Design Forum Page) for any user. I guess there may be some forum update going on at backend. @KatieKing

Hello everyone! The rank change was not at all intentional. Unfortunately we are experiencing issues with the rank functionality where it has set all users to "not applicable." I am working on a fix but it may take some time. I appreciate your patience. :)
