Hello Team,

When I login into particular client, I am getting this error...

I tried reinstalling Java, but still it gives teh same error in RAC. In Syslog there are no errors listed.

The source for that error could be a zip file containing paths that are too long for Windows (max 260 chars length). Try locating the zip file and remove, if at all possible, the offending files from it. Some zip files are generated in OS' that do not have that limit set and are the source of problems when trying to inflate them under 'JAVA'.

The limit of 260 characters only applies to the ANSI API functions of Windows, the Unicode functions for paths support 32768 characters.

Try to clear .gz registry files (\TCROOT\portal\registry) and regenerate the registry again.
