I just cannot try to edit a certain WF. I tried to export it from the customer's Rich Client and import it on my PC, the Edit-Mode and Delete works just fine.
Do you have any ideas what can I try to solve this issue?
How can I check where is this WF referenced?
If you can export and edit on your pc, then i would try just re-importing it to customers rich client. Then try to edit it.

I already tried to reimport it and it didn't help. The customer would like to set it offline (deactivate it) or even deleting it.
Have you tried where referenced POM in impact analysis? Im clutching at straws now...
It only Shows the Tasks inside the Workflow. Without being referenced to an Item or anything else.
You selected the root template, sent to My Teamcenter, then did Impact Analysis, Where Referenced (POM)? Please show screenshot of that.

There isn't a little binder clip in that list, which could cause problems deleting.
But I don't see the "Add Checked status" as shown in your error screenshot. Is this the same root workflow? edit: I see it now. Can you expand that task to see if there is a binder clip icon attached to it?
Have you tried running verify_tasks yet? This will find all the corrupted workflow tasks and jobs. Maybe it is linked to something corrupted and this will help clear it up.
