I would like to know how to proceed when creating a virtual robot.

It is a motion planning error from the RCS (like attempting to cross a singularity in linear motion, robot joints exceeding limits during motion, etc...).
That error is often triggered by mfg features not being assigned to the proper appearance. Turn on the visibility of the operation that is running when the error occurs. If the mfgs are at zero, you have issues with your material flow.
Also, do you have at least 3 vias before the weld (If it is a weld path)? FANUC RCS is scanning ahead three tags.
Basically the error is saying that your robot can't reach it's target.
