FUPA from Robcad

Is it possible to attach the KUKA fupa for quantec robots from robcad to the robotexpert model

 

The import works and all joint are in the jtco.

Hi Robolab.

I don't think you can.

You can upgrade a SuperComponent to a .co (as Patrick's mentioned thread discusses), but it isn't possible to upgrade them to the RobotExpert's required .cojt.

Hi Robolab.
A Following joint can only follow a joint of the same component, so you would have to effectively copy one component into the other and redefine the copied components kinematics and such, which can be a handful.
In Process Simulate you can set a "Coupling" relation between joints of different components which are nested under an Equipment Prototype, but it is not supported in RE (Equipment I mean).
