What do I have to do for add a external axis to a simulation with rcs KUKA on?
My problem is that when I run the path with RCS the gun does't move.
I tryed to put the Machine.dat file from a backup, into a folder MachineDataFiles in the systroot.
Two machine.dat, one inside the KRC/Steu/Mada and another inside of KRC /R1/Mada.
But now the RCS doesnt start because erro -56, machine data not found.
I compared the machine.dat of robot backup with KRC4 file from KukaFtp, and tryed to see where the line that generates a error of dat file not founded. The line is:
INT $EX_AX_NUM=0 ;ANZAHL EXTERNER ACHSEN (0-6)
If I put 1 in the axis number, the rcs give me a error.
Must I do a external axis configuration before load a dat file?
Some backups were missing files needed by the RCS. For instance E1.xml from Config\User\Common\Mada\NGAxis was sometimes missing...
For Kuka robots you should use tools like SyncroMove or Work Visual to configure Servo guns as external axis.
For Tracks you have to use the machine datas in the external axis folder (e.g. KL1500)

Now where can I download the Mada file for KL1500, I look all Siemens pages and I could found.
Normally the robot is mounted on it is KR420_3330.
