Dear creative experts,
Attached MovieCapture-package includes:
Comments, Kudo's, created movies and anything that pushes my motivation to continue the project is highly appreciated ;-)
I want to try MovieCapture and RealTimeSync, but I have some problems to add the buttons to a toolbar.
I copied the DLLs to the DotNetCommands-Folder and the XMLs to DotNetExternalApplications.
Then I started PS 11.1 on Win7 x64.
But there is no AddOn category and there are no commands for MovieCapture and RealTimeSync in the All commands category - see picture.
that sounds bad...
It should definitly work on 11.1 without problems...this is really strange.
Please double check, that the path is like eMPower\DotNetCommands\MovieCapture.dll
If correct, let's try to recreate the xml's.
If that doesn't work, I need to check.
This is a win 7 problem...
The dll is locked by windows itself.
Solution: right-click on the dll. In the properties (general tab) you will find "unlock" in the bottom right corner
Yes, this is an automatic safety mechanism if you obtain your dll directly from internet.
Win 7 locks the dlls to prevent from automatic execution.
It works now! Thank you Patrick for the hint.
Maybe the package should be provided with an installer.
Thank you for this amazing Moviecapture feature. I tried it roughly a month ago and it worked like a charm!
Tested it with PS version 12.0 on Win7.
