PS - OLP commands for key signals

Hello everybody,

 

We are new PS users and we would like to enable signals between robots to avoid collisions using OLP Commands.

When we configure this situations in Robcad we use Synchronization statements tools writing instructions like:

1 # WaitSignal E2 1

2 # Destination kr150

3 # Send E1 0

4 # GunToState

 

We have tried to do the same in PS simulate with OLP Command including the following text in a via location, but it doesn’t work.

FB PSPS = EIN

A45 = EIN

WARTE BIS E46

A86 = EIN

Sps Makro 20 = EIN

WARTE BIS E23

A23 = EIN

FB PSPS = E41 & E43 & E46 & E49 & E80 & M30 & M95

# Destination 110030R02_EZ1_kr210r3100_u_so_le' ''

# Send A45 1

# WaitSignal A46 1

# Destination 110030R02_EZ1_kr210r3100_u_so_le' ''

# Send A46 0

 

Some body knows how we have to configure the OLP Commands to controll the signals between robots? COuald you send us an example.

Hi,

I can only say, that STANDARD commands like Send/Wait Signal don't work in PS.

You can try LineSimulation.

But to use Line Simulation you have to set up your cell in Line Simulation mode.

And Line Simulation mode is still not allowed by VW/Audi.

 

This problem is one of the big steps backwards compared to Robcad!

Standard Signals works only with Default Controller in Standard Mode.

 

Do you work with Signals (Standard or other) you must jump to line simulation mode.

 

Line Simulation Mode is the future.

Ok we will wait until VW allows work with Line Simulation.
