In short: Tecnomatix Process Simulate Server based license is being held up with one system whichever has used the license first.
We are using Tecnomatix Server based license at our work place. We have only one server based license. We have installed the software on 2 systems as we had to work on two different versions and two different databases. But when we use the license in first system and close it after the work, we are unable to open the software in second system as the license is held up with first system for some reason. The only way out is to restart the server license. This takes 10 to 15 minutes to get back.
We had similar system in my past organization with many licenses hosted on server and being shared between systesms. But we never faced this kind of problem.
Could you suggest what we are missing or what we supposed to do to open the software in the second system without restarting the server license.!
