can I upload base measured with a robot to Robcad? For example, I measured workbench (base) with a robot thru four points and next I want upload this base to Robcad. This can be done?

you can use the calibration module.
- upload 4 points in the Robcad cell
- create the 4 corresponding nominal location on the workbench
- in calibration module define the location pairs (nominal/uploaded)
- apply the resulting transformation the the workbench
