I am getting a message in LMS Test.Lab Vibration Control Sine: "Transducer on Channel Input2 is too sensitive for current reference profile". I cannot proceed with my test.
I am certain my profile is correct. What should i do?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Is it possible that your DAC will be maxed out during your profile with this transducer? The max DAC output is 10 Volts.
For example, if a profile has a max acceleration of 10 g;
(10 mV / g accel) * 10 g = 100 mV
(100 mV / g accel) * 10 g = 1 V
(1000 mV / g accel) * 10 g = 10 V
The suggestion is to use a less sensitive accelerometer. In the example above 1000 mV / g would cause the warning but 100 mV/g and 10 mV/g would not.

Went to my calibration lab and got a 10 mV/g accelerometer to replace my 100 mV/g accelerometer. Everything is working properly now. Thanks.
