Hello Vahid,

This question is a little complicated so it might be best tor each out to your local customer services team via either the Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC site) or via calling into to your local response line.    See https://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/en_us/support/gtac for website support under "Create an Incident Report" or call in via https://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/en_us/support/gtac/gtac-hours.shtml.  You will need your sold-to which you can find at the top of your license file and in LMS Test.Lab under Help, About with Test.Lab rev 14A and later.  We have some nice videos on reaching the support team at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1m1vu8_quoBjav-o5AM7VUawM-Gr8B-s.

That all said, there a couple of ways to bring ASCII data into LMS Test.Lab:  As an *.asc ASCII file, using the Data Block Editor add-in or the Excel Data Driver add-in.  Neither method require a license.

The ASCII driver which requires a file with *.asc extension and it needs to have a small header at the top and comma or tab delimited data.   There is a good FAQ on GTAC under the Solution Center: https://solutions.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/view.php?sort=desc&q=ASCII&dt=faq&pd=lms-t...

The Data Block Editor add-in (no license) works well if you only have a  few curves.  That allows you to copy / paste the data from Excel, save it to the workspace and save the workspace to the project.  That is also shown in the first FAQ above.

You can also use the Excel Data Driver which requires an Add-In under Tools, Add-Ins.  There is no license required but a header needs to be provided in the Excel file.  See this FAQ:  https://solutions.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/view.php?sort=desc&dt=faq&pd=lms-test-lab&...

See the article on the Community site in the Simcenter Testing Knowledge Base, this will not require a GTAC login:  https://community.plm.automation.siemens.com/t5/Testing-Knowledge-Base/Import-Export-Data-between-Ex...

Once you have the data in a format that LMS Test.Lab recognizes, then you can use the Signature Throughput Processing add-in to process the data to track on time or tacho to get your colormap.

The tutorials are on the GTAC support site under the Documenation, LMS Test.Lab area.   See the Throughput Processing Tutorial.  The Time Signal Calculator one would be interesting too if you need to convert a Tacho pulse signal to RPM. See https://support.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/docs/lms/test.lab/
