why airborne noise is dominated in high frequency.Though structrue only vibrate and produce noise

why airborne noise is dominated in high frequency. Though structure only vibrates , produces noise and reach the receiver by air. What is causing it to dominate in high frequency only.

The wave length of the high frequency is shorter than the lower frequency. so it is easier to access to the cabin than the lower frequency noise through the hole or other unsealed part.
